Cardio still plays a part in tightening up your body, but it isn’t as important as you initially thought. If you’re consistent, doing 20-30 minutes 4 times a week could work. However, it does depend on your body type and how fast your metabolism is. Some people don’t need to do cardio to change their body, but do it for health. Others need to do it every day. That being said, you should never do more than 45 minutes. Your body will begin to eat away at your muscle, and that is not a good thing!
